The back half of the plot is getting a makeover, we are adding in a covercrop of Teff. Teff is a great source of feed for humans and horses! Teff is originally from Ethiopia and was domesticated around 1,000-4,000 BCE. Teff is used as a cereal grain and is commonly used to make Enjera (which we all know is delicious).
